For 20 years I've been telling people that Astrology is nothing but algebra.
I finally sat down to write down exactly what I meant by that. If the shoe fits, wear it. This material is actually quite basic. It supervenes algebraically from the observations of the flow of electricity in your flash-light. At the same time, just as when you tease some space into a tight knot, when you look at the formulas in context of one another you start to notice the inner workings of the knot in question. Metaphorically, the knot to me is the struggle we seem to be having in unifying our thinking about the world's religions, spirituality, the ends of growth, right and wrong.. you know.. the big stuff. So grab a little mystical inspiration and come on it. I'm sticking with the formulas and whatever classical bits of astrological knowledge have stuck with me. I'm actually quite pleased by how easily everything I have ever read can be integrated and reviewed in light of the Formulas kindly originated by Georg Simon Ohm about 170 years ago. Please enjoy! I personally believe this work to be a 'big deal' for serious students of astrology, alchemy or other systems paying attention to the magical miracle that we live in. The precedents in literature might say that something like this is possible and should be done, however nothing past mystically inspired poetry confirming the things shown in the formuls has been done before. I sincerely appreciate your efforts in pondering these attributions and look forward to hearing the results of applying what's shown here to what you know. Anything you can not fit into the system might help my efforts to disprove the work.. and anything that you can can fit in might help me elaborate and explain this work better, so, please stay in touch. mediation once you have put enough hours into practicing your perception of the elements every last bit of theoretical knowledge that you've aquired from reading far and wide will start to light up in a different way and you will be able to take your study from external observations to internal ones. i think this is 'what they tell you' echoed back in a sort of an advanced way. its actually more sophisticated than that. see, by mediating between what you see and what you perceive and whatever it is which its triggered by that in you system as a whole you do a lot more than to develop an internal perception. instead, you develop a kind of universal perception that is far more valuable than the mere ability to travel inside your body, you seem to learn a means of reading anything anywhere from whereever you are by simultaneously willing a piece of attention to go somewhere and walking that perception there to make observations, have interactions, conduct negotiations,, initiate projects, in a word, to focus change anywhere. since you hurt yourself a lot more by pursuing this sort of thing before you've mastered it's inverse; even slight deviations will self-amplify and entangle you; people wisely don't point out what you need to know about your mind in any but the most tangled ways. its actually rather powerful. so having hopefully given you a stern caution about even thinking about messing with things outside of the 10' diameter sphere around you, and never inside that sphere unless you have the permission to heal or psych out any other people involved, and not even that unless you make it a solemn practice to reflect on your actions at the end of the day... you may want to proceed with the practice of zodiacal energy mediations by reading the next 12 lines out loud one at a time and, while spending the next full breath in silence making a mental record of what you are feeling. there's no need to think about what you have said, no need to focus on oilwells or anything like that. you said it, you might have consciously had a momentary image or not, no matter. just feel into 'the channel' which you have just 'dialed up' by what you spoke about. Aries burning oil-well Taurus plants Gemini evaporation Cancer condensation Leo radiation fire-storm Virgo filtration Libra fog utilization Scorpio tree sagittarius smog Capricorn rafination Aquarius realization Pisces oil, lava i hope you get this. it is not about the image, not even about no thinking about the image. no, it is about recognizing an ever-so-subtle difference in the after-effects of what your words have 'dialed-up'. you might want to have the formulas around for reference anyhow, but this would be a great time to concider them; while you're using the single symbolic image to burrow a connection for you, you can use the more complex imagery of the formula behind a sign to help you file things. the decantes and their formulas, and the transitions between them might provide a great story/plot-line for a multi-media aided energetic-access workout. its not about the contents though; its about your time and using it effectively so that you actually understand what the mysteries are teaching. and learning to recognize and coherently manage the zodiac's 12 combinations of elemental energies is just before the start. you will spin out from playing with these energies and things in your life will change in unexpected ways. if you stop practicing, and don't really know to stop what you've started, you will hurt your self in ways that you may not realize fully for many years; at least attempt to master all the differernt energies when you start practicing with these elementals. make it your goal. its understandable that you have a dark side and that it wants power and side- benefits and unaccountability and instant recognition for having taken a step.. all that is part of you. it the alchemical gold that we're going to get from cultivating and coming up with something none of these parts by themselves can fathom that we're after, something so unltimately precious that you are were the one put in charge of hiding it; your total self. since you can't judge something that your reactionary mind can only love or hate; something so close to you that for all practical purposes you might as well assume that none of your highest moments showed you anything but a waiting room; your secret is safe. the mysteries really don't care but they do require that your energies are properly cultivated. i suspect that by having enriched the language of what we can say about the 12 mysteries of the signs of the zodiac we might just start seeing new kinds of workouts to produce more balanced people. seems to me the mysteries as taught create mostly creepy ego-maniacs. perhaps by cutting out the voodoo element we can give them the means to realize their impotence and have them so focused on balancing themselves out so that they won't creep out more people. this is really simple stuff folks. just realize that its for real and that you're waaay behind the program. get with it, figure out the elements and how they are all related. nothing sustains your spirit and only it can break it. so let it move! welcome to the revolution. fixed/mutable boundaries Aqu-Pis Ogygenating the Ocean manifests Life in the Body-Substance Air-Water Fire Earth Aqu-Air, Pisces-Water, next-season Fire, Earth-Quadrant Tau-Gem Concrete Thought alivens the Form Earth-Air Fire Water Tau-Earth, Gem-Air, next-season Water, Fire-Quadrant Leo-Vir The will to be concrete uses the Spirit through the Body-Form Fire-Earth Air Water Sco-Sag Fueling the Fires to generate the Spirit of Earth Water-Fire Earth Air |
