The Four Quadrant Lens

A four by four checklist. Investigate things integrally by checking in with the four aspects of each quadrant. Get a sense of unseen connections by going through these question where integration is required.

Conventional/Scientific: What is the conventional aspect in this truth?

Mix and match! Make up the craziest questions you can come up with, ask them and see what answers your brain comes up with. Ask what is the subject of this mind? Ask What is the art of this matter? This enhances mental fluidity, generates insight and gives your conscious mind a better grasp and understanding of just about anything you care to engage!
